Christ Chapel is a church plant.  We are a five year old fast growing church with a ton of passion.  We are crazy about God and crazy about people.  We began in October of 2003.  Our pastor and his family along with six other couples began meetings on the back porch of a home.  They began planning something big!  We are currently a church of around 500 attendees in just five short years.  Christ Chapel currently meets at 115 Sullivan Road in Zebulon where we also run and operate a Christian Learning Center and Daycare.  We are in the planning process to build our own church campus over the course of the next few years. If you are looking for a place where you can feel at home, join us for one of our services. We have two Sunday morning services at 9:00 and 10:30. We also have youth and children's ministries on Wednesday nights at 6:30.

DEAD PREACHING SERIES

The month of July will be a shocker! We are letting some stuff die. We are killing our ministries! Yes, you read it right. It is impossible to get new wine from old wine skins. It is time for a fresh approach.  We are re-launching in August with a brand new design for our ministries.  We want to be more effective, more intentional, and more passionate!  If you are new to the Christ Chapel family July will be a perfect time to find a place to serve here at the CHAPEL. Better things are yet to come, better things are still to be done, YOU ARE THE GOD OF THIS CITY!

What People Are Saying

Recent Email:  We wanted to thank you for the kindness you showed our family this past Sunday.  For you to bring us chairs to sit and give us those hamburgers was the kindest act we have seen in years.  Your church showed us more love in one day than we have experienced in years.  My girls loved their classes.  My little daughter has been saying "I can't wait till we go back to church."  I was so happy to hear that because for the past couple of years, I have had to almost drag her to church with her crying.  That means so much to us.  We look forward to meeting more people and getting to know you and your family.  Thank you for everything.  We will see you all Sunday.

Recent Email:  My husband and I have been visiting at Christ Chapel for a few months.  I have started many e-mails to you since then but just was not sure how to put into words how thankful I am for you.  My husband and I were raised in Christian homes and were saved at early ages.  We, just like anybody else have been through some tough times lately.  Even though all our lives we had been committed to Jesus we had gotten to a point where we just did not want to go to church.  I even asked my my husband if we could attend Bedside Baptist (church in bed asleep).  I am so thankful for his example and we began to visit The Chapel.  It is amazing to me that even though I am so unfaithful to God, He always remains faithful.  Every sermon you preach God uses to teach me, help me, and mold me.  I am excited about Jesus again.  I have remembered that He does love me and He wants to help me.  I know He is working in my heart and I am so thankful for the annointing He has on you.  Thank You for your example.  Thank you for your obedience.  You are one of a kind.

Recent Email: We have been visiting for some time now and we have just fell in love with Christ Chapel.  We thought we would never find another church like we had at one time, but God sent us here.  We know this is the place God wants us to attend.  We love the music, the people, the leadership, Billy's messages, but most of all, "Jesus is there every Sunday touching peoples hearts."  We want to be where Jesus is.  Thanks guys for all you do.

Recent Mail:  Sitting down to write this note reminds me of the song we sing about God's extravagant love. Thank you Jesus!  And thank you Christ Chapel family for showing us such love and kindness, through your prayers, visits, and gifts during Louis' illness. We love each and everyone of you and keep you in our prayers.  God bless you!
